Know where AI fits. Skip the hype.
A plain-English look at where AI would save you real time, where it wouldn't, and which tools are worth paying for.
Sound familiar?
Everyone says you need AI.
Nobody says which tool, for which job, or what it would actually save.
You pay for tools you barely open.
Subscriptions pile up after a burst of enthusiasm.
You tried it and it didn't stick.
A chatbot here, a prompt there, but nothing changed how the week runs.
Your work first. Tools second.
- 01
We start with your week
We look at the jobs your team repeats every week, then find the tool. Not the other way round.
- 02
Honest about where AI doesn't fit
Some jobs are better left to a person, or fixed with a simple automation. The plan says so, even if that means you buy nothing new.
- 03
A plan you keep
Written in plain English, with the tool picks and prompts inside. Use it yourself, with us, or with anyone else.

AI Tool Audit: your questions
Is my business too small for AI?
Usually the opposite. Small teams feel the time saved the most.
What about our data and privacy?
We recommend tools and settings that keep your business data private, and flag anything that shouldn't go near AI.
Do I need to buy new software?
Not always. The tools you already pay for can often do more than you're using them for.
What if AI isn't right for us yet?
Then the plan says so, and what to fix first.
How is this different from the free Gap Audit?
The free Gap Audit looks across your whole business and shows where the gaps are. The AI Tool Audit is a paid, deeper look at AI on its own: your tools, your repeat jobs, ready-to-use prompts and a call with your team. It has a fixed price, agreed before we start.
Can you set up what the plan recommends?
Yes, if you'd like us to. It's quoted separately at a fixed price, and often it's an automation we'd set up as part of Automations and CRM. You're just as free to do it yourself or use someone else.
What happens after the audit?
You keep the plan and the prompts. If you'd like a follow-up session once you've tried it, or ongoing advice as tools change, we offer both for a fee agreed up front.
