You're helping me set up a simple way to get feedback from customers. This is a plan for me to check. What we offer: [WHAT YOU OFFER] Our customers: [E.G. SMALL OFFICES, HOMEOWNERS] When a job usually ends: [E.G. AFTER THE FINAL VISIT] Tools we already use: [E.G. GMAIL, A CRM, A BOOKING SYSTEM] How much time I can spend on it: [E.G. 30 MINUTES A MONTH] Please: 1. Suggest when to ask for feedback, and how, using the tools we already have. 2. Write a short request with no more than three questions. 3. Suggest a simple way to keep track of the answers. 4. Suggest how to spot themes each month, and how to reply when someone's unhappy. 5. Suggest how to tell customers what we changed because of their feedback. Rules: - Use only what I've told you. Don't invent customer feedback, figures or tool features. - Keep it small enough to run in the time I've given. - Don't suggest new paid tools unless what we have can't do it, and say why. - Only ask for details we actually need. - Anything sent to customers is a draft for me to check first.
