How is this different from the free Gap Audit?
The free Gap Audit looks across your whole business, finds the gaps and gives a rough saving. If you need a single piece, like a CRM or an automation, it ends with a fixed quote. The Gap Blueprint is the next step for a bigger build: every repeat job mapped and measured, the full system designed, and one fixed quote for all of it.
Do I need the free Gap Audit first?
Usually it comes first, and it often points here. If you already know you want a bigger build, you can start with the Blueprint.
Does the $1,000 come off the build?
Yes, all of it, if you hire us to build what the blueprint recommends.
Will you push AI on us?
No. AI is one option among several. Often a simpler automation or a setting in software you already pay for does the job better. The blueprint says which, and why.
What could the blueprint lead to?
Anything from a change to software you already pay for to a complete system: a custom automation, a CRM, a dashboard, or all of them joined up as Business HQ. The build is quoted at a fixed price, next to what it would save.
Can you give me a real example?
For ResiTech, a relocation company, we built a register of every visa, ID and work permit they manage for a client's staff and their families. It warns the team before anything expires. Our own five businesses, GapShark included, run on systems we built ourselves.
What about our data and privacy?
