From spreadsheets and copy-paste to one private hub.

A private hub for a relocation company: three brochure versions kept in step, a ready-to-send email, and a register that flags every visa and permit before it expires.

Residency and relocation · UAE · 2026

Overview

The project

ResiTech handles everything that happens after someone buys property in the UAE: the right to live there, the right to work there, and the structure to hold it. Most of their work comes through estate agents, so their brochures and emails have to look credible in a partner's hands.

We built them a private hub behind their own login: one place to edit their brochures and email, and a register of every visa, ID and permit they manage for a client's staff, which flags anything before it runs out.

The challenge

What stood in the way

Three brochures that had to stay in step

One for clients, one for agents, and one for agents with their own mortgage broker, which must never mention mortgages. Edited separately, they drift.

Expiry dates in a spreadsheet

Residence visas, Emirates IDs, work permits, labour cards, medical insurance and company licences, each with its own expiry date, for every person and company they look after.

HR needed to see, not edit

Their client's HR team needed to see what's due, without seeing salaries or being able to change anything.

No email platform

They send a handful of partner emails a month and didn't want another subscription to do it.

What we did

How we fixed it

  1. 01

One set of copy, three brochures

Every line is written once. The three versions are built from it, and the mortgage line only appears in the version that should have it.

  2. 02

    PDFs straight from the browser

Each brochure exports as a print-ready A4 PDF. Export stays locked while anything is unsaved or still waiting on copy.

  3. 03

    An email they send themselves

The partner email is edited in the hub, in the same style as the brochure, then copied out ready to send.

  4. 04

A register for every expiry date

People, their families and companies in one register, imported from the existing spreadsheet, with every document's expiry date.

  5. 05

    Flagged before anything runs out

Visas and permits are flagged 60 and 30 days ahead, company licences from 90, and one screen shows everything outstanding, with one-click renewals.

  6. 06

    A read-only link for HR

Their client's HR team sees their own staff's dates through a link, with salaries never included.
