Short assessments that score themselves, email a personal report and add each lead to the CRM.
Leadership and relationship coaching · UAE and Saudi Arabia · 2026

Zee Gilmore's work is about how people behave under pressure, at work and at home. The Under Pressure assessments are the way in: short questionnaires that show people the self-protective patterns they fall back on.
We built the assessments as a site of their own. Every answer is scored the moment someone finishes, they get a personal report by email, and their details land in Zee's CRM with everything they told us, ready for follow-up. For the first time, every person who takes an assessment becomes a lead.
Built with
Leaders, teams, early-career staff, students and couples each needed their own questions, scoring and report, without five separate builds to maintain.
Each result needed its own explanation and next steps, sent straight away, not when someone found time to write it.
Before this, there was no way to collect leads at all. Every person who took an assessment needed to reach the CRM with their full context.
The questions are personal. Storing answers and adding people to a mailing list had to be clearly agreed, never assumed.
Answers are scored in code, so the result is the same every time and ready immediately.
Each person gets an email built from their own results, with next steps and a guide to download.
Names, answers and background details go into Zee's CRM field by field, so follow-up can be targeted.
People agree before anything is stored, and joining the mailing list takes a separate, deliberate click.
If the database is briefly down, the report still goes out and the details are kept to add back later.
Limits on repeat submissions stop scripts and accidental resends, without blocking a whole team taking it from one office.
