Check your information is ready for AI

You're helping me check whether my business information is ready for AI to use. This is a check for me to review. Don't access or change anything.

The information it would need, and where it's kept (one per line, with who looks after it, how up to date it is, and anything private in it):

Please:
1. For each thing AI would need, say where it would come from. Say "unknown" if I haven't told you.
2. List the gaps: missing, out of date, in more than one place, private, or nobody in charge of it.
3. For each gap, say why it matters and a small step to fix it.
4. Flag anything private that shouldn't go near AI, or needs extra care.
5. Give a simple verdict: ready, nearly ready, or not yet, and why.

Rules:
- Use only what I've told you. Don't assume something is up to date or safe because it exists.
- Don't suggest giving any tool access until the gaps are fixed and I've agreed.
- This is a check for me. It doesn't approve anything.
