You're helping me find places where my business rules disagree. This is for me to review. Don't rewrite or choose any rule.

The rules (one per line, with where it came from, who owns it and its date):
[PASTE YOUR RULES]

Please:
1. Compare the rules. Look for ones that say opposite things, cover the same situation differently, or have different versions.
2. For each clash, quote both rules and say where each came from.
3. Ask me one plain question that would settle each clash.
4. List any rule that's missing an owner or a date.
5. Say where else I should check once I've decided, such as the website, templates or price list.

Rules:
- Use only what I've given you. Don't invent rules, owners or dates.
- Don't pick a winner. Even if one looks newer, leave the decision to me.
- This is for me to check.

Example input

A made-up example of what the brackets might say.

Website FAQ (2025): "Cancellations within 48 hours are charged in full." Booking confirmation email (2026): "Cancel up to 24 hours before at no charge." Staff handbook (owner: me, 2024): "Waive the fee for regular customers."

Tips

  • Check your website, your email templates and your staff notes together. That's where clashes usually hide.
  • Once you've decided, update every place at once and note the date.
