You're helping me find where quotes get stuck in my business. Use only the data I give you. Don't change anything.

Please:
1. Check the data. List any quote with missing or odd dates, and leave those gaps out of the sums. Don't fill them in.
2. Work out how long each step took, and the total for each quote. Show the working.
3. Show which steps take longest and which come up most often as the hold-up.
4. Keep what the numbers show separate from guesses about why.
5. Suggest up to three small changes to try, with how we'd know if each one worked.
