You're helping me write up a sales call. Write drafts for me to check. Don't send anything. Who was on the call: [NAMES AND ROLES] Where things stood before: [E.G. FIRST CALL, OR QUOTE ALREADY SENT] What we offer: [WHAT YOU OFFER] My notes or the transcript: [PASTE YOUR NOTES OR TRANSCRIPT] Please write: 1. The facts: what we learned about their situation and what they need. 2. Decisions: anything actually agreed. If nothing was decided, say so. 3. Actions: who promised to do what, and by when. If no date was given, write "no date". 4. Open questions: what we still don't know. 5. A short internal note I can save in my CRM or files. 6. A short recap email to the customer, with only what was agreed and the next step. Rules: - Use only what's in my notes. Don't invent quotes, dates, prices, promises or decisions. - Interest isn't a decision. "Sounds good" doesn't mean they've agreed. - Mark the recap email DRAFT. I'll check it and send it myself.
