Security and the padlock
The secure connection, security updates and ongoing protection. And no WordPress login sitting on your site for anyone to try.
Backups and recovery
Your site and its content are backed up daily, so there's always a way back if something goes wrong.
Technical updates
We keep the code and connections behind your site up to date, without a growing pile of plugins to babysit.
Content changes
Need to change your hours, swap a photo or update a service? Send it over and we'll make it: up to 2 small changes a month on Core, unlimited on Full and Growth.
Speed and tracking
We keep an eye on how fast your site loads, and every site tracks which pages bring in inquiries. Growth adds reporting every month.
It's all handled by the person who built your website, and you contact them directly. We know how it works because we built it.

How much does website maintenance cost?
Care is built into every website plan: the setup fee covers the build (there's none on Core), and the monthly fee covers hosting, security, backups and your changes. It's for websites we build and look after, so if you only want plugin updates on a site someone else built, we're not the right fit.

Can you maintain my existing WordPress, Wix or Squarespace website?
Not as it is. Our maintenance is for websites we build and look after, because that's how we can keep them fast and secure. If your current site is causing trouble, we'll review it for free and tell you whether a rebuild makes sense, keeping your content and every page address that matters.
What counts as a small website update?
A small change takes under 30 minutes: new wording, a photo, a price, your opening hours or a new team member. Anything bigger gets a fixed quote before we start.
Can I make website updates myself?
There's no editor to learn. Send us the change and we'll make it: up to 2 small changes a month on Core, unlimited on Full and Growth.
Does website maintenance help with SEO?
It protects it. A fast, secure site that's always up gives Google no reason to drop you. Growing your rankings is separate work: Growth adds new pages and content every month, and our SEO packages add monthly SEO work to any plan.
What happens if my website goes down?
Your site is watched around the clock, so we usually know before you do, and we fix it fast. If you ever spot something odd, contact us directly.
